In concurrency, our digital content subsidiary provided ground-breaking media production solutions for the broadcast and advertising industries. Along the way, we learned that there was a growing need to offer solutions that integrated both the technical with the creative. Now our technology and creative groups have merged into one unified organization under Correlative.

Chris Leone
President and CEO

Christopher brings 20 years of IT and 16 years of management experience to Correlative. Christopher has extensive professional experience in the legal, corporate consulting, government contracting, and technical education industries. In addition, Christopher has significant experience in international business administration and practices. Christopher resides in both the United States and Asia.

Prior to forming Correlative Incorporated, Christopher was employed with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP Counselors at Law as the Firm’s Network Manager. Christopher has been directly responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the firm's international network consisting of 15 offices and over 3,500 nodes. Christopher has also been employed with leading international companies including Computer Sciences Corporation and Macmillian Publishing.

Adam Blyn
Creative Director

Adam brings 18 years of experience in design and marketing communications to Correlative. Over the course of his career, Adam has worked with many regional, national and international clients including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merrill Lynch, IBM, Coldwell Banker, Sony Music and The United Way.

Adam has developed a unique and creative hands-on approach to project management and has led the design and implementation of both creative and technical projects in a diverse range of industries. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and has completed post graduate studies in both business management and computer graphics.

Ronald Leone
Vice-President and CFO

Ronald Leone is an officer with Correlative specializing in financial and operational management. Before co-founding Correlative, Ronald’s has served as project manager for the FAA, educator for Computer Learning Centers and network manager for several private companies and government organizations.

Ronald’s holds a MBA, Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University.
