Before Correlative	Morgan Lewis & Bockius’ 3500+ node international SoftSolutions document management system was in need of replacement. Softsolutions was routinely crashing and generating excessive administrative costs to maintain. SoftSolutions was no longer being enhanced by the vendor and was not Y2K compliant. Morgan Lewis & Bockius decided to migrate its aging SoftSolutions system to iManage.
How Correlative Helped	Correlative led the firm’s iManage site migration teams. These teams were responsible for visiting each of Morgan Lewis & Bockius’ offices and performing the iManage migrations. This migration included the design of a firm-wide DNS and DHCP infrastructure, deployment of a Microsoft NT 4.0 server infrastructure and the actual migration from Softsolutions to iManage.
The Benefits Realized	Morgan Lewis & Bockius now benefits from the improved reliability and performance of iManage. This system allows the firm’s attorneys and staff to efficiently access and share work product from any of the firm’s international offices or while on the road. The firm’s iManage system maintains a near %100 availability record.
