United Capital Credit is an Internet-based financial institution providing loans to its customer.  The company's document-based customer accounting system was having problems keeping up with its growth and increasing base of over 10,000 customers.

As an Internet-based business, the company also needed help securing its public and private network resources from attacks and hacking.

Correlative developed and implemented a CRM and accounting system in Lotus Domino 6 and Java to replace the company's existing document-based system. Correlative also redesigned the company's web-based loan application system and web site to provide additional functionality. The CRM and accounting system integrate with the web-based loan application system to track all customer information, loan information and credit histories. This system also serves as a marketing tool to solicit new and return business from its prospects and existing customer base.

All web components leverage open source technologies including SuSE Enterprise Linux and SpamAssassin for e-mail filtering.

Correlative’s team is responsible for the support and future enhancement of the system.
