Correlative planned and implemented Bett-A-Way's Windows 2003 Migration project. Once the migration plan was documented and approved, all Windows servers, printers and related resources were upgraded to Windows 2003 and Active Directory. Several aging servers were replaced with new Dell PowerEdge server hardware as part of the project.
Redundant domain controllers and DNS/DHCP servers were deployed to support Active Directory and to significantly reduce the amount of DNS-related traffic flowing through the company's firewall. All workstations were reconfigured from static IP addresses to DHCP. |
