Chris Leone

President and CEO

Chris brings over 35 years of IT, management and creative direction to Correlative. Chris has worked extensively within the corporate, legal, government sectors.  Most recently, Chris' focus has been driving emerging technologies within the healthcare and educational industries.

During his work in Asia and Europe, Chris has aquired significant experience in international business administration, staff management and practices. 

Prior to founding Correlative Incorporated, Chris was employed with the international law firm of Morgan Lewis as Network Manager and Chief Technology Architect. Chris led a twelve-member team of network engineers and administrators directly responsible for the design, implementation and management of the firm's international network consisting of 15 offices and over 4,500 nodes.

Christopher has also been employed with leading international companies including Computer Sciences Corporation, Morgan Lewis and Macmillian Publishing.

Ron Leone

Vice-President and CFO

Ron is Correlative's Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Ron specializes in financial and operational management. Ron also manages Correlative's Tampa Bay administrative office.

Before co-founding Correlative, Ron has served as project manager for the FAA, educator for Computer Learning Centers and network manager for several organizations.

Ron holds an MBA, Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University.

Franklin Lizausaba

Director of Education Technologies

Frankin leads Correlative's education and marketing technologies. Franklin specializes in project management, education technologies, web development and online marketing.

Before joining Correlative, Franklin served 21 years in the position of IT Manager for the Law Firm of Morgan Lewis where he led the techology initiatives of the firm's Miami and Houston offices.

Franklin holds a Bachelor degree from Arcadia University.

Dr. Sharon T. Hinton MSN, RN-BC, NPD-BC, D.MIN, BCC

Director of Education

Dr. Sharon T. Hinton has more than thirty years of experience in nursing leadership, education, and non-profit administration. She has been a faith community nurse curriculum writer, educator, and coordinator for over twenty years and is board certified in the specialty practice of Faith Community Nursing and in Nursing Professional Development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, USA. Prior to her current nursing focus, Dr Hinton was the Director and Lead Educator for Rural Nurse Resource, Inc., a non-profit organization specializing in health & safety education and Certified Nurse Aide training.

Dr. Hinton is an award-winning author and speaks internationally on topics related to nursing, spiritual care and professional development. She is the Managing Editor for the 5th Edition of the Foundations of Faith Community Nursing Curriculum and author of several nursing curriculum modules and textbook chapters. Her company PepTalk Productions, LLC provides consultation, continuing education webinars and publications worldwide.
